    (NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J.) — A jury will not be allowed to hear Rutgers student Tyler Clementi’s complaint to the university that his roommate used a webcam to spy on him, a judge ruled on Monday.     Ohio High School Shooting: One Dead, Four Injured

    (CHARDON, Ohio) — A high school in Ohio was locked down early Monday morning after a lone gunman opened fire, killing one student and leaving four others with injuries.
