    (FORT MEADE, Md.) — The judge in the case of accused WikiLeaker PFC Bradley Manning has denied a defense motion to dismiss the charge of aiding the enemy, the most serious charge Manning will face during his court martial. On the third and final day of pre-trial hearings in Manning’s case, presiding judge Col.     Flight Quarantined at Chicago Midway

    (CHICAGO) — A Delta flight was under quarantine at Chicago’s Midway Airport after reports of an ill passenger, according to ABC News station WLS in Chicago. Officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Chicago Department of Health were on the runway working with emergency crews.     (LAKE COUNTY, Ind.) — The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against an Indiana middle school for expelling three students who allegedly threatened to kill other classmates on Facebook. The ACLU suit says the girls’ right to free speech was violated and the use of emoticons and “LOL” showed they were only joking.
