    Ohio School Shooting Suspect Competent to Stand Trial, Judge Rules

    (CHARDON, Ohio) — Ohio school shooting suspect T.J. Lane is mentally competent to stand trial for the deadly rampage that left three students dead, a judge ruled Wednesday. Lane, 17, is accused of shooting five students at Chardon High School on Feb. 27. Three students – Russell King Jr., Demetrius Hewlin and Daniel Parmertor – died from their wounds. Prosecutors allege that Lane went to the school with a .22 caliber handgun and a knife, and shot four students in the cafeteria and one in the hallway before leaving the school.     (OCEANSIDE, Ca) — NFL Football great Junior Seau has been found dead in his home near San Diego of a self inflicted gunshot wound to the chest. He was 43 years old. Seau’s agent declined ABCNews.com’s request for comment, saying “we are in the process of getting all the facts as well,” but Chargers chaplain Shawn Mitchell confirmed saying, “Unfortunately it was a suicide, self inflicted gunshot wound to the chest this morning.” Police did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Kennedy airport. While filming out of the window with his iPad, Cardone caught the sudden blur of birds pass his window, followed by the thud of them smashing into the plane’s engine.
