This week, “Life Changes” rises to the top of the chart, becoming Thomas Rhett’s fourth #1 in a row.

In all, TR has traveled to the top spot eleven times, starting with “It Goes Like This” back in 2013.

“There’s no way for me to explain how it feels to have 11 number ones,” Thomas says. “This was the song that inspired the name of the album, and is so special for me because it’s my family’s story. It’s amazing that so many people have also been able to connect it to their own stories.”

And just as the Life Changes record is about to mark its one-year anniversary, TR’s readying a deluxe version that’ll come out September 21. The expanded edition will include three new songs: “Country Gold,” “Cardboard Heart,” and “When We’re 80.”

The digital version also adds the radio edit of “Life Changes,” as well as three extra mixes of “Leave Right Now.”
