This week, Thomas Rhett bests his buddies Dustin Lynch and Kip Moore, debuting at #1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 albums chart.

Life Changes is TR’s first chart-topper on the tally, marking the best sales week of his career so far. It’s also the first country record to debut at the top of the all-genre ranking since Jason Aldean did last October with They Don’t Know.

For the record, Brett EldredgeZac Brown BandChris Stapleton and Brantley Gilbert all came close this year, managing to make it to #2 with their latest efforts.

Dustin Lynch and Kip Moore both scored some bragging rights as well with their new albums this week. Dustin’s Current Mood comes in at #7, while Kip’s Slowheart is close behind at #10.
