It was originally supposed to be a party just to celebrate the four chart-topping singles from Florida Georgia Line’s Anything Goes album: “Sippin’ on Fire,” “Sun Daze,” the gold-certified title track, and the platinum “Dirt.”  But Friday night at the Skyfall Lounge at the Delano in Las Vegas, the duo ended up marking an even bigger milestone: the diamond certification of their debut single, “Cruise.”

Diamond certification marks sales of 10 million copies. Not only has “Cruise” sold more than that, it’s also the only country single ever to accomplish that feat.

“We are blown away and couldn’t be more honored by these milestone moments,” Brian Kelley says. “Our fans keep us doing what we do and made this possible!”

Tyler Hubbard echoes his sentiments. “The past year has been such an incredible ride. Each time we release a single, we can only pray that people are going to respond positively, and thankfully they did,” he says. “We have the best fans in the world, by far!”

As their latest track, “Confession,” continues its climb toward the top of the country charts, Florida Georgia Line is preparing for the release of their third album later this year.
