(LITTLE ROCK, Ark.) – As many as six people were killed in an early morning charter bus collision along Arkansas’ Interstate 40 on Friday, state police said.
The bus was reportedly carrying migrant workers from Michigan to Texas when it veered off the road and plowed into a concrete bridge abutment in North Little Rock at the North Hills Boulevard overpass.
Six people died at the scene, including three who were thrown from the bus. Several others sustained injuries, including the driver, and were taken to local hospitals.
