(CHICAGO) — A toddler’s remains were found in a Chicago park Saturday.
“Kids are supposed to come into a park and play, not be found dead.”
That’s according to one Chicago resident as police continue to search a lagoon in Chicago’s Garfield Park after the discovery of a toddler’s decomposed foot and other body parts.
The investigation in the usually busy park has many frequent visitors stunned. The lagoon area remained taped off as of Sunday night.
