(NEW YORK) — Heat, erratic winds and low humidity are fueling major wildfires in states, including California, Montana and Washington State Thursday.
As wind gusts will continue to sweep areas at up to 25 to 35 miles per hour in regions where the air remains dry, many of the western states from Alaska to Arizona will face difficulty battling at least 23 large wildfires.
