Chase Rice has had quite a few surreal moments since he shot to stardom in 2014 with his debut hit, “Ready Set Roll.” He’s experiencing that feeling even more frequently these days, now that he’s on the road with Kenny Chesney‘s The Big Revival tour. After Chase’s opening set, Kenny has been pulling him up onstage every night to close out the show with a performance of “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy.”
Chase tells the Cleveland Plain-Dealer, “I always have a moment [onstage] where I’m like, ‘That’s Kenny damn Chesney standing next to me.’ All I’ve had right now is one radio hit and I’m singing to 10,000 people in a place like Milwaukee, Wisconsin. That means so much to me.”
Chase is working on his second radio hit as his current single, “Gonna Wanna Tonight,” continues its climb up the country chart.
