(MIAMI) — Tropical Storm Bill formed late Monday in the Gulf of Mexico, the second named storm of the 2015 Atlantic Hurricane Season.

The National Hurricane Center said Monday night that Bill was centered about 155 miles south-southeast of Galveston, Texas.

A tropical storm warning has been issued for the coast of Texas for the storm, which is expected to make landfall on Tuesday.
