(NEW YORK) — There will be no prosecution of the operator at the helm of the Metro North commuter train that derailed in the Bronx on Dec. 1, 2013, killing four.
Bronx District Attorney Robert Johnson completed his investigation of the deadly 2013 Metro North crash and decided not to file charges, a spokeswoman confirmed to ABC News on Thursday.
The investigation was concluded several months ago, and a decision was made that no criminal charges would be brought against engineer William Rockefeller.
