(NEW YORK) — There are three confirmed winning tickets in Wednesday’s $564 million Powerball jackpot drawing.
Lottery officials said that winning tickets were sold in Texas, North Carolina and Puerto Rico.
The numbers drawn were: 25, 11, 54, 13 and 39, with a Powerball of 19.
The jackpot, marking the fifth-largest lottery prize in U.S. history, has been growing for the past two months, gradually increasing since starting at $40 million.
Experts say the odds of winning are about 175 million to one. Apparently, at least three people beat those odds.
Players need to match all five numbers and the Powerball number to win. Powerball is played in 44 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
