(FERGUSON, Mo.) — Demonstrations– and arrests– are continuing in response to the Ferguson, Missouri grand jury’s decision not to indict police officer Darren Wilson for shooting and killing Michael Brown.

The St. Louis County Police Department reported 16 arrests between Friday night and Saturday morning. All 16 charges were for disturbing the peace, and one person was also charged with assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

There was one officer injury reported.

Demonstrators also marched in San Francisco Friday night. The peaceful rally turned ugly as protesters smashed windows, tossed glass bottles at police officers, and set off fireworks. Several arrests were reported.

Arrests were also reported in New York, Illinois, and Iowa.
