(NEW YORK) — Four men accused in a BASE jump from the nation’s tallest building pleaded not guilty Tuesday during a brief court appearance.

It is alleged that Marko Markovich strapped a camera to his head as he parachuted from 1 World Trade Center back in September, and court records show that he, Andrew Rossig and James Brady initially denied involvement.

The trio and alleged lookout Kyle Hartwell pleaded not guilty to burglary and reckless endangerment.

Rossig and the others say they deserve no more than community service because they exposed security holes at the site.
