(DALLAS) — Former Dallas Cowboy Josh Brent was sentenced Friday to 180 days in jail and 10 years of probation for his role in a car accident that killed his teammate Jerry Brown in 2012.

Brent was convicted earlier this week of intoxication manslaughter.

Brent and Brown had been partying with fellow Cowboys players before Brent took the wheel, according to ESPN.
