If you’re trying to avoid a speeding ticket, you might want to steer clear of Charlie Worsham’s new song, “Want Me Too.”
“It’s the song on my record that’s the one, if you want to drive too fast, that’s the song,” he asserts.
While his debut single “Could It Be” paved the way for Charlie’s success this year, the newcomer believes his latest single will do the same for 2014.
“[I’ve] got a lot of cool tour stuff in the works,” he says. “I cannot wait to get on the road next year. It looks like I’m going to be booked through October already, so [I] cannot wait.” Charlie says he’s particularly excited about returning to the college scene in the early spring. “It’s been a great market for me going around and playing campuses,” he says. “[I] played the Oklahoma State University Homecoming and [Texas Christian University] down in Texas.”
Both Charlie’s hit “Could It Be” and “Want Me Too” are on his debut CD, Rubberband.
