Miranda Lambert has announced plans for her second annual Pink Friday event the Friday after Thanksgiving in her hometown of Tishomingo, OK. According to Oklahoma TV station KXII, the event celebrates the one-year anniversary of Miranda’s Pink Pistol boutique in downtown Tishomingo.
Miranda says, “We’re having tons of booths with crafts and food, and we’re having a concert by Neal McCoy, who’s a buddy of mine and my husband’s, right here in the street starting at 8 p.m. But, all day long we have events going on.”
Miranda’s Pink Pistol store doesn’t have an online component because she wants fans to actually visit the store. So far, fans have come from all over the U.S. to visit the store in tiny Tishomingo
Miranda adds, “There’s actually traffic in Tishomingo and it’s like whoa, I have to wait at the stop light? What’s going on?”
Miranda recently opened a second Pink Pistol store in her native Lindale, TX.
