Alabama‘s Randy Owen will be inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame at the organization’s 43rd annual Dinner and Induction Ceremony Sunday, October 13 in Nashville.

Hit songwriter Jeffrey Steele, best known for hits like “What Hurts the Most” by Rascal Flatts and Tim McGraw‘s “The Cowboy in Me,” will also be inducted along with Layng Martine, Jr., who wrote Reba‘s “The Greatest Man I Never Knew.”
