Taylor Swift may be the biggest thing in music today, but she hasn’t forgotten those country stars who gave her a shot on stage early on in her career.
Taylor tells Rolling Stone, “When I was a teenager, my biggest lessons came from Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw, George Strait, Rascal Flatts and Brad Paisley. I learned so much from opening up for those artists.”
Since all of those superstars were so welcoming to Taylor on the road, she now extends that same hospitality to her opening acts on The RED Tour, including Florida Georgia Line and Brett Eldredge.
Taylor welcomes Casey James as one of the opening acts for her show in Wichita, KS Tuesday night.
