Sheryl Crow can sell records, but she’s having a hard time selling her home in the Hollywood Hills. She’s just had to reduce the price again…for the second time this year.
The property first came on the market in October at just under sixteen million dollars, but in January, when there weren’t any takers, Sheryl cut the price to $14 million. Now, according to WorldPropertyChannel.com, the singer’s had to slash the price yet again: the property can now be yours for the bargain-basement price of $12.5 million.
So, what do you get for that price? To start, it’s not just one house: it’s a whole compound. The price includes three separate homes on 11 acres that, in total, feature nine bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths, plus an infinity pool, library, music room, and wine cellar. There’s even a campsite area, several hiking trails, a teepee, a playground and a thatched-roof gazebo overlooking Los Angeles. Sheryl’s owned the property since 1998.
For the last few years, the singer and her two sons have called Nashville, Tennessee home.
