Fans leaving the CMT Music Awards Wednesday night in Nashville got an unexpected treat, as Ronnie Dunn played an impromptu set on the roof of Rippy’s Bar and Grill across the way from the Bridgestone Arena.

Screens on prominent buildings, including the historic Ryman Auditorium, broadcast the debut of four new songs to the crowd on lower Broadway, with a flash mob even choreographed to one of the

tunes. Both “Kiss You There” and “Country This” are available on iTunes now. “Cowgirls Rock ‘N’ Roll” and “Peace, Love and Country Music” rounded out show.

Ronnie also passed out more than a thousand “hangover patches” to help CMA Music Festival-goers prepare for the morning after.  His new CD is expected in the fall.
