SANFORD–The devastation in Moore, Oklahoma is bearing down on the hearts and minds of people around the United States. Many lives were lost, and those remaining, literally, have no place to lay their heads. Almost everything is gone. Michelle Bullard, CEO of the American Red Cross operations in Lee and Chatham counties said help can be given through the Red Cross, Salvation Army, the Food Bank, or through texting. Bullard, who has been trained in emergency issues, due to the devastating tornadoes in Lee County two years ago, may travel to Oklahoma to lend assistance..
