(RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif.) — Firefighters are still battling raging wildfires in southern California.  

Shifting winds Friday made the flames all the more unpredictable as they roared up the hillsides in Ventura County, consuming 28 square miles of land, and threatening about 4,000 homes.
