Rascal Flatts will premiere a portion of their new video for “Changed” on ABC’s Good Morning America Wednesday morning during the 8 a.m. hour. The storyline of the emotional song is acted out in the video by actor Charles Esten, who also plays Deacon Claybourne on ABC’s country music drama, Nashville.

Charles, who also goes by Chip, has become a friend of the band, and Flatts bass player Jay DeMarcus says, “We thought it would be a long shot to get him now that he’s on the huge television show Nashville but in the end, after we blackmailed him, he agreed to do it.”

In all seriousness, Jay adds, “Chip is the consummate pro.  He believed in the song and the message and wanted to be a part of it.”

Fans can watch the “Changed” video in its entirety on ABCNews.com after it appears on Good Morning America.  It will also go up on Vevo.com starting at 12 p.m. Eastern Wednesday.
