Carthage–Moore County Sheriff Lane Carter reports that three Sanford men have been arrested after the narcotics division conducted a drug investigation for the distribution of controlled prescription pills.  The arrests took place on US 15-501 in Carthage.  Agents located and seized 33 dosage units of Oxycontin prescription pills, dolophine, roxicodone, clonazapam, alpralozam, xanax, endocet prescrittion pills, over thirty-two hundred dollars in cash, and drug paraphernalia, including digital scales.  The estimated street value of the drugs seized was forty five hundred dollars.  Willie Cleo Donaldson, 49 of Horton Circle has been jailed on a $50,000 secured bond,  James Leo Quick, 42 of Overlook Court is being held on a $20,000 bail, and  Algernon  Chavez Johnson, 35 of Horton Circle is being held on a $15  thousand dollars secured bond.
