Chris Young will be presented with the CMA Triple Play Award on January 29 at a ceremony in Nashville. The trophy recognizes songwriters who have penned three #1 hits in a 12-month period, a feat that Chris pulled off with his trio of hits “Voices,” “Tomorrow” and “You.”

Chris has more business with the Country Music Association coming up in February. He’s one of the artists taking part in the CMA Songwriters Series tour of the U.K. and Ireland, with stops in Dublin, Belfast and London. That trek runs February 21 through 25, with Sugarland‘s Kristian Bush also on the bill.
