Gary Allan was scheduled to play a headline show in Atlantic City, NJ the week Superstorm Sandy hit the northeast. The show was canceled, and now Gary is using his latest hit, “Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)” to offer help and hope to those affected by the storm.
Fans can now download a free acoustic version of the song as an incentive to donate to the American Red Cross’s Sandy relief efforts.
“My song ‘Every Storm (Runs Out Of Rain)’ is about hope and light at the end of the tunnel,” Gary explains in a statement. “With the devastation in the northeast region by Sandy, I thought this song was extremely timely. I wanted to partner with the Red Cross on this because they have always offered hope for those in need.”
