Home / Music News / "Nashville" Stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere Added as CMA Awards Presenters


The 46th Annual CMA Awards broadcast live from Nashville Thursday night on ABC, and the network is sending some of its biggest stars to present trophies.  Nashville stars Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere will be there along with Last Man Standing actor Tim Allen and Reba, whose new sitcom Malibu Country premieres Friday night.

Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson will be there as a presenter along with Jake Owen, Darius Rucker, Lisa Marie Presley and Kimberly Williams-Paisley.  They join previously announced presenters Martina McBride, Kellie Pickler, Sugarland and The Band Perry.

Two-time nominees Love and Theft have signed on to host the pre-telecast CMA Awards ceremony streaming at CMAAwards.com that night at 7:30 ET.

Also, look for Reba to perform on ABC’s Good Morning America Thursday morning.  The winners of the Musical Event and Music Video of the Year categories will be announced on Good Morning America Thursday as well.

The 46th Annual CMA Awards air Thursday night at 8 ET on ABC.  Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Taylor Swift, Little Big Town and Lady Antebellum are among the stars slated to perform on the show.
