Home / Music News / Tickets for George Strait’s "The Cowboy Rides Away Tour" Go on Sale Friday

Tickets for the first batch of shows on George Strait‘s The Cowboy Rides Away tour go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m. in each venue’s respective time zone. George Strait fan club members can start buying tickets Tuesday as part of the tour’s pre-sale. This is George’s final major tour, and it launches January 18 in Lubbock, TX with Martina McBride opening all shows.

If you’re willing to shell out some big money, George is offering some special packages on this tour including the Ace in the Hole package at $399 per ticket. That gets you a seat in the first 10 rows, a pre-show party, a special VIP gift and more. The Troubadour package goes for $999 per ticket including everything from the Ace in the Hole package plus a front row seat and a guitar actually signed by George himself.  For details on those packages, go to CIDEntertainment.com/George Strait.

George will also be auctioning off a pair of front row seats and meet-and-greet passes at each show on the tour at CIDEntertainment.com/GeorgeStrait/Auction.php.  Proceeds from that auction will benefit the Jenifer Strait Foundation with the money going to various children’s charities.
