When Dustin Lynch’s debut CD comes out on Tuesday, it will be all the sweeter because of some of the jobs he’s had along the way. The “Cowboys and Angels” hit maker confesses the one he hated the most was testing sewage runoff in a Nashville lab.

Even though Dustin grew up in nearby Tullahoma, he logged nine years after moving to Music City before landing a record deal.

“It’s just a dream come true,” he tells the Tennesseean. “This is the proudest moment of my life.”

Dustin wrote all but three of the songs on his self-titled CD, including his current hit.
