SANFORD–It will be a hot time in the town Friday night as the football season gets underway with the signature rival game between the Southern Lee Cavaliers and the Lee County High School Yellow Jackets. Traffic is expected to be heavy on Tramway Road as spectators and fans travel to Southern Lee for bragging rights. Prior to the game, Superintendent Jeff Moss is looking for bragging rights as he serves as the chief griller for a tailgate party for the 70 plus new teachers in the system this year.
