Keith Urban takes Yahoo! Music and Ram Country on a tour of Nashville in a new webisode titled “Keith Urban: Going Home.” He starts off taking the cameras to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum where he shows off his hero Don Williams‘ Hall of Fame plaque. Keith also talks about seeing the manuscripts for classic songs by Hank Williams and Johnny Cash at the museum, which is why he still writes his songs out on paper.
Keith says, “I know a lot of people still write on laptops, but how are you gonna put a laptop here on display at the Hall?”
Keith also takes the cameras to the Ryman Auditorium and Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, where he talks about his recent Grand Ole Opry induction. He ends the video with a trip to Nashville’s Blackbird Studios where he’s recorded quite a few hits over the years.
Keith is currently in the studio working on material for his next studio album, which is expected for a 2013 release.
