One of the worst-kept secrets in Las Vegas is now public knowledge: Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have announced that they’ll perform a limited-engagement headlining show at The Venetian Las Vegas starting December 7.
The show, called Soul2Soul just like the couple’s joint tours in the past, will run through ten weekends, with four shows per weekend, and wrap up in April 2013. A ticket pre-sale starts August 8, and tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, August 13.
These shows will mark the first time in six years that Tim and Faith have performed together in the U.S. Soul2Soul will feature an all-new production with innovative lighting and set design technologies. The two will share the stage for most of the performance.
In a statement, Tim and Faith said, “We are creating a show that will be completely different from what we’ve done before — and might ever do again. In arenas and stadiums, you’re always faced with the challenge of finding ways to make people feel closer to the action, no matter where they might be sitting. Now everyone will be close, so it opens up all kinds of creative possibilities and we’re looking forward to exploring those so that we can really give our fans something truly special.”
Tim and Faith will join Shania Twain as a new Las Vegas headliner: her engagement starts December 1 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
