Sara Evans says her skinny figure comes playing tennis and playing with her dog, who she calls a calorie burner. On top of incorporating exercise into her life, Sara also watches what she eats for weight control.
“I’m a firm believer in calorie counting,” Sara tells SheKnows.com. “I don’t think any food is off limits, but my thing is like, ‘Stop eating so much!’ When I cut back on eating, it works.”
Sara tries to limit herself to about 1,200 calories per day. She’ll be showing off the results of this regimen at her shows coming up this week in Washington and Oregon.
