SANFORD–School bells will soon be ringing and Communities in Schools is gearing up to make sure that Lee County students are prepared. The non profit agency is partnering with WAL-MART to launch “Build a Backpack,” to provide school supplies to students in need. The campaign will run through August 31. A kick off and ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled at 4 PM Wednesday, July 25 at Wal-Mart.
