SANFORD–Family Promise, the countywide organization that offers hope to the homeless, is in need of funds for a van. According to reports from Teresa Dew Kelly of CUOC, the organization has great need for a van. She said they have received a matching funds grant that will match, dollar for dollar, all funds raised up to $7500.
