Tim McGraw‘s new single, “Truck Yeah,” will be shipped to radio on July 3, but fans who’ve seen him on tour with pal Kenny Chesney this summer have already heard the song.  Tim’s been singing “Truck Yeah” and “Mexicoma” on the Brothers of the Sun tour in the past few weeks, and he says, “They’re going over great.”

Tim adds, “These two songs, when we play ’em, the reaction we get from ’em is like they’ve been out for 10 years already.  They already sound like big hits.”

Tim is currently putting the final touches on his new album, which will feature “Truck Yeah” and “Mexicoma.”  Right now, he and his team are mixing the album, which means they’re making sure it sounds good on your radio.  The new album is expected to come out later this year.  This is Tim’s first album under his new record deal at Big Machine Records, home of Taylor Swift and Rascal Flatts among others.
