SANFORD–The 2012 Primary is over except for the canvass, but now, the elections board is being called back into service to handle some complaints. According to elections supervisor Nancy Kimball, the board received complaints alleging that current Lee County Board of Education chairman Shawn Williams, who lost his bid for re election, distributed pre-marked sample ballots at polling locations on Tuesday. The hearing is scheduled for 5 PM at the Board of Elections office at 225 S. Steele Street.
