Lady Antebellum played two nights at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall this week, and the group took some pretty extreme steps to get closer to their fans.  There are stairs on either side of the hall that nearly go up to the highest balcony, and band member Charles Kelley convinced  band mate Hillary Scott they would both walk up them at one point in the show.

Charles went fearlessly to the top.  Hillary is scared of heights though.  She says, “I am terrified of heights.  So, I went up there, and just as quick as I got up there, I got down because it was so terrifying.  There was no railings.  Nothing.”

Charles got even crazier during the set and started walking on fan’s seats and even took a sip of someone’s beer.

Now that they’ve done two nights at Radio City, Hillary says their next goal is to perform at Madison Square Garden.

Lady A’s Own the Night tour continues this weekend with shows in Florida.
