Rascal Flatts has been releasing music for 12 years now, and their fans have been with them every step of the way. As a result, the guys in the band think about their fans in everything they do.
Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus explains, “We make music for them. We always have. And we’ll continue making music for them because they are the reasons that we enjoy the lives and have the jobs that we do.”
Rascal Flatts can also count on their fans support with fan-voted awards shows like the 2012 CMT Music Awards coming up Wednesday, June 6. They’re up for two trophies there, including Video of the Year for “Easy” with Natsaha Bedingfield.
“The fans have always faithful, and they’ve remained with us through thick and thin and whenever they have a chance to have a voice they speak loud and clearly on our behalf,” Jay explains.
Rascal Flatts’ video for “Banjo” is up for Group Video of the Year, with voting now open at CMT.com. “Banjo” is the lead single from their latest album, Changed, available now.
