CARTHAGE–A 36 year old Carthage man died Monday morning in a one vehicle accident on Buleah Church Road.  According to reports from the Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 1:15 am when a 1991 toyota pickup driven by Ciro Vilar Rodriguez, left the road, flipped over and struck a tree.  The report states that he was wearing a seatbelt and was reportedly driving 80 in a 55 mph zone.
