The Zac Brown Band has become one of country’s biggest touring acts in the past few years, and now they’re set to headline the ACM Fan Jam during this Sunday night’s ACM Awards on CBS.
The Fan Jam will be going on at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas as the same time as the ACM Awards down the street at the MGM Grand. Zac Brown Band will perform on the CBS broadcast, but they’re excited to keep the music going after the cameras shut off.
“We’re about to walk into Mandalay Bay and tear the roof off this place man,” lead singer Zac Brown says. “We get to do our thing and get to play for all the fans and lay it on ’em. So, we’re very excited about being in Vegas for the ACMs.”
The rest of the ACM Awards broadcast is full of big performances from the likes of Miranda Lambert, Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley, Lady Antebellum, Chris Young, Eric Church, The Band Perry, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Little Big Town and Sara Evans.
Rascal Flatts will team up with comedian and banjo player Steve Martin for their latest single, “Banjo.” Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw will perform together, and Blake Shelton is set to collaborate with Lionel Richie on the show.
