(VALLEJO, Calif.) — A hazmat situation in Vallejo, Calif., about 30 minutes from San Francisco, has caused several dozen people to be overcome by fumes from a local business.
There are reports that 80-100 people are being treated and evacuated, with some being transported by ambulance to area hospitals.
Vallejo locals suspect there could be a carbon dioxide leak within a food processing plant.
The company where the possible leak could have originated is not yet known.
