DUNN–Police in the Harnett County town of Dunn said the driver of a car that struck and killed an 8 year old Lillington boy Sunday afternoon will not be charged. The youth was not wearing a helmet when he rode his bike into the path of a vehicle being driven by an eighteen year old female. According to WRAL, Tyquaves Morris was visiting his grandmother when he went out to ride his bike around 3:40 P.M. Police said the driver wasn’t speeding and did stop to try to help the youth. His family, however, isn’t satisfied that charges were not filed. He died Sunday at Betsy Johnson Hospital.
