Thompson Square’s Shawna Thompson Loses Her Father; Duo Cancels Concert Dates

Condolences to Shawna Thompson of Thompson Square on the death of her father George Michael “Mickey” Mcilwain Thursday. He had been ill for a few months, and the duo has canceled its weekend concert appearances on Lady Antebellum‘s Own the Night tour to be with Shawna’s family. David Nail will fill in. A message posted at ThompsonSquare.com says, “Please be thinking about and say a prayer for Shawna, Keifer and their family in this difficult and sad time.”
